Shotty - Tiny but impressive screenshot utility is a program that lets you capture screenshots.
You will usually need to take pictures of your screen content when you want to teach someone how to use a program, or show someone a message that the machine displayed in your computer, to ask for advice about what to do when that happens, or as a proof that something showed up in your screen.

When you install Shotty, it will put a tiny icon in your system tray. Right clicking on it you will see a context menu that will let you use all the program´s features. The first option (and the one that will open if you left click the tray icon), will allow you to select if you want to capture the full screen, a region of it or just the active window. If you selected to capture a region, the program will show you the entire screen, where you can select the region you want to capture. Once the screenshot is taken, Shotty will let you edit it. You will be able to modify the image's blur, crop it, draw a rectangle, apply a highlighter or include a text on it. The program also allows to save, copy or print the recent snapshot. The program even allows to upload your new picture to a free server, and it will give you the links that you should use to refer to it.
